Please note, our products are handwoven, hand printed and one of each kind. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves are delicate, each saree requires very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect items.

Your return/exchange request should be sent by email within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

There is no cash refund on any saree(s) once purchased/exchanged.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Saree(s) can be exchanged within 48 hrs from the date of delivery subject to:-

A customer returning the saree unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact.
The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange.

The Company reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such decision of Company shall be final and binding.

Custom/ made to order/finished saree(s) cannot be exchanged. It includes stitching, alterations fall, etc.

If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised DON’T open the package.

The Ethnic Threads will initiate the process for the refund on your original debit or credit card within 7 working days.

The Ethnic Threads will deduct 10% of the final order value due to Cancellation Fees which includes management & handling charges.

Note: The customer will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. Sarees that have the blouse detached, tassels made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – cannot be exchanged.
